These terms apply when you use Seen, a guide to events, offers and guides in Riyadh and an Elden Studios product. By using the app you agree to them.

What Seen is

Seen is an information guide. We pick and describe events and offers, and link you to the organisers and venues that run them. Seen doesn't sell tickets, take bookings or process payments.

Not affiliated with any government entity

Seen is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for any government entity, the General Entertainment Authority, or the organisers and venues it lists. Names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. For government services, always rely on the official app or website, which Seen links to.

Events and offers are run by others

Each event is run by its organiser, and each offer by the venue that publishes it. They set the dates, prices, availability and conditions, and they can change or cancel them. We check our listings and show a date for offers, but details can change after we publish them. Please confirm with the organiser or venue before you go or pay. Prices are as published by the venue.

Emergency numbers

Emergency numbers are listed for convenience. In an emergency, call 911 directly.

Using Seen

You may use Seen for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don't misuse it, for example by copying its content in bulk, interfering with how it works, or using it against the law or public decency in the Kingdom.

Our content and yours

Seen's design, text and selection are ours. Images and descriptions of events and offers belong to their organisers and venues and are shown with credit to them.

If you own content shown in Seen and want it changed or removed, email bazerbashi@elden-studios.com. We act on valid requests within 48 hours.

Liability

We work to keep Seen accurate, but it is provided as is. To the extent Saudi law allows, we aren't responsible for events, offers or websites run by others, or for losses that come from relying on information that changed after we published it.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and important changes will be shown in the app.
