Tell us your phone (iPhone or Android), the app version (More, at the bottom) and what happened, and add a screenshot if you can.

Something in a listing is wrong

Open the event or offer and tap "Is this still right?". Your report comes straight to us, and we fix or remove the listing.

Ask Seen

Ask Seen is an AI that plans outings and answers business questions using only what is listed on Seen. It can make mistakes, so check the details on the event page before you go. To report an answer, tap "Report" under it. You can turn Ask Seen off in More → "Ask Seen (AI)".

Notifications

Turn "News & offers" and the weekend reminder on or off in More. Event reminders are set on your phone from each event.

Your data

Seen needs no account. More → "Delete my data" deletes what we hold for your phone. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.

List your event or offer

Organisers can send their event at seen-sa.app/submit-event. Businesses with an offer can email bazerbashi@elden-studios.com with the details and a link.
